Navigate to Help Center login page--> [https://support.apollographql.com/login](https://support.apollographql.com/login) 


The link will take you to the Login page:

After clicking the “Log In” button, you will be redirected to this page:

Enter your email address and click on “Next”.

Click on “Forgot password?”

This page confirms that you have been sent the password reset email, and you can click on “Resend reset password link” if necessary.

You will get this email to reset your password. Click on “Reset my password”.

Create a password here, and click on “Confirm”.

It will take you to this page.

You can then go to the [Help Center](https://support.apollographql.com) home page by navigating to [https://support.apollographql.com](https://support.apollographql.com/login)

You have a few options on how to navigate to “submit a request”:

1. Click on the “Submit a request” button, or
2. Click on the Submit a Request navigation bar tab at the top.

Click on the “Log In” button.

 If within the same browser that you just created your account, you are already logged in and able to submit a ticket:
